The design, which is accepted as a result of 2D-3D project design and correct communication with the customer, is manufactured and assembled by us.

Our facilities, which ensure that the paint, which is the most appealing part of the product, is applied in accordance with the standards and in a correct manner, is designed in accordance with the Ministry of Environment, occupational health and safety standards.

Dry Filter Paint Plant

In dry filter paint plants, parts of wet paint particles sent on the piece with high pressure that don’t touch the surface is kept on the wall or the floor of the plant by EU3 type filters with the help of direct coupled fan. Then, with the help of the EU4 bag filter in the fan group, the air is discharged into the atmosphere in accordance with the environmental legislation.

In the plants, a wall structure consisting of special design sandwich panels in modular structure using 50mm rock wool insulation material between two hot-dip galvanized coated sheets that provide high-equipped sound and heat insulation against fire risk is used.

Steel Construction structure
The plant is installed on a steel construction structure of suitable strength when deemed necessary by expert teams in the field.
Rolax Wall System
They are specially designed sandwich panels in modular structure using 50mm rock wool insulation material between two hot-dip galvanized coated sheets, which are highly equipped against fire risk and provide sound and heat insulation.
Rolax Floor System
The ground system is decided by evaluating the condition of the ground where the plant will be installed and the type of material to be painted.
Rolax Ceiling System
Rolax uses ceiling filter system for homogeneous distribution of fresh air and heat in its paint plants. Thanks to the filter cassette system, which is a special design of Rolax, the filters are used up to 99% efficiency and they can be easily replaced.
Rolax Ventilation System
It consists of a clean air fan system and an exhaust fan system. The clean air fan system provides positive pressure by taking fresh air from the outside and into the plant. Fan systems are manufactured by us with SPARK-PROOF quality. Direct coupled fans show superior performance and provide energy savings to a great extent. Energy loss seen in non-directly coupled connection systems is not seen in this fan type. The ventilation system and chimneys of the plant are designed in accordance with the current environmental legislation.

Lighting System

The primary consideration in the lighting system in the paint plants is that it is EXPROOF with ATEX certification against the possibility of possible explosion and fire.

The location of ROLAX lighting systems in the plant is carefully designed to provide a homogeneous illumination, and to obtain the most desired illumination intensity according to the size and type of the material to be painted.

Rolax luminaires are ATEX certified with EX-PROOF feature. Illumination intensity is 1000-1100 lux.
ROLAX lighting fixtures are self-designed and manufactured. They are designed to be easy to maintain and clean.

Electric Control Panel

All of our control panels with IP 54 protection type are manufactured by us from steel sheet.

All switch equipment required for the operation of the system, contractor type switch equipment, fuse units are IP 54 protection type and all motors are equipped with frequency and protection systems.

Wet Filter Paint Plant

In wet paint plants, the over spray part of the wet paint particles sent on the part with high pressure, which does not touch the surface, is kept in the tank (system tank) in the water system first created on the floor or wall with the air speed provided by the direct coupled fan in the plant.

Then, the last paint particles remaining with pressurized water coming out with the help of nozzles are kept with an aqueous EU3 filter and discharged into the atmosphere in accordance with environmental standards.

Sludge separation; It is a system of separating the water in the sludge consisting of the paint and water mixture kept in the tank by using the pallet system working with a reducer motor. From here, the sludge dried in high density is collected in the waste storage, which is the second storage.
